Privacy Policy
Information we process
We process the name and email attached to your account, authentication records, credit balance, orders, Razorpay payment and order identifiers, AI tool inputs, generated outputs returned to your browser, and limited usage and security logs. Razorpay may separately collect phone, payment-method, and billing information. We do not receive or store full card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
Why we process it
We use this information to create and secure accounts, provide AI generations, maintain credits, verify payments, prevent duplicate claims and abuse, provide support, meet accounting obligations, and improve service reliability. Optional analytics and advertising measurement run only after you accept them.
Service providers and transfers
We use Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and server functions, Razorpay for payments, Google Gemini for AI generation, and—only with consent—Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. Tool inputs are sent to Google Gemini to produce the requested output. These providers may process data outside your state or country under their own security and data-processing terms.
Retention and security
We retain account and service records only while they are needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and satisfy applicable legal, tax, or accounting requirements. We use access controls, row-level security, encrypted HTTPS transport, server-side secret storage, payment-signature verification, and audit records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, account deletion, withdrawal of optional consent, or grievance handling by emailing support from your account email. We may need to verify your identity. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed and may not cover records we must retain by law. SaleSmart is not intended for people under 18.
Cookies and local storage
Essential browser storage keeps your Supabase login session, cached account display details, credit display, service-worker cache, and analytics preference. Optional Google analytics and advertising measurement are disabled until you accept them. Declining does not block account, payment, or AI functionality.
Terms of Service
You must provide accurate account information, protect your login, and use SaleSmart lawfully. Do not probe the service, bypass credit or rate limits, automate abusive traffic, upload confidential information you are not authorized to process, or use outputs for deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or unlawful claims.
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for checking product facts, marketplace rules, intellectual-property rights, prices, calculations, translations, and regulated claims before publishing or relying on an output. SaleSmart does not provide legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.
Credits are consumed only when a generation completes. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and may be suspended when fraud, chargebacks, or abuse are detected. We may update or discontinue features, but will make reasonable efforts to preserve valid paid credits or provide an appropriate remedy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability or guaranteed commercial results. SaleSmart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses caused by publishing unchecked AI output. These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer rights.
Refund Policy
Contact support within seven days of purchase for duplicate charges, a verified payment that did not deliver credits, or a material technical failure that prevented use. Include your account email and Razorpay payment ID; never send card, UPI PIN, OTP, or banking credentials.
Used credits are normally non-refundable because the AI service cost has already been incurred. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take additional banking time. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
